Jampier Quintero, a 44-year-old father, was tragically killed while taking his children for haircuts in Fresno. The incident occurred at Los Viejones Barbershop, where a gunman opened fire, targeting other individuals. Quintero, an innocent bystander, was caught in the crossfire and succumbed to his injuries. The shooter, who fled the scene, remains at large.
