Lindsay Clancy returned to court following her mistrial. Judge William Sullivan did not dismiss the case or issue an acquittal, instead taking several defense motions under advisement. Prosecutors have not yet decided whether to retry her. A new status hearing was scheduled for November 2, with no retrial date set yet.
