Fresno’s Blackstone Avenue is set for a major revamp. The city will reduce vehicle lanes and add protected bike paths and wider sidewalks. Officials hope the changes will encourage cycling and walking, though cyclists say it won't help and some business owners fear traffic bottlenecks. The plan begins in 2026.
