Jerry Mai is one of the city’s most legendary chefs. She’s been out of the kitchen for a while but has recently joined the team at Vietnamese restaurant St Cloud which means we get to enjoy her thoughtful, flavourful, delicious food once again. She’s with us today to talk about some of the dishes she is bringing to the menu at St Cloud, including a few family recipes that play with Cambodian flavours, as well as some essential pantry hacks.
