This week, Nick Sun finds himself one hour north of Chiang Mai, where he has spent the last five weeks at a Muay Thai Sangha, a Muay Thai intensive retreat for the mind, body and spirit run by Kru Pedro Solana. They discuss a wide range of topics to do with the path of the spiritual warrior, including fear, pain, ego, meditation and more. Pedro has practised a variety of martial arts for the past 30 years, specialising in Muay Thai, Muay Chaiya and Krabi Krabong (Thai double swords).
