Owen Kelly, local architect and Director of Dogspike Design and Architecture wrapped up with a focus on the Todd Mall redevelopment. He introduced the 8CCC Brekky Show listeners into the concept of hardware, the buildings, roads, lighting etc and software or way people inhabit and utilise the spaces.
