Australian folk musicians Jessie Monk and Adrian Ryan visited 8CCC Brekky Show to talk about their set at the Top Half Folk Festival and playing at the festival launch party tonight with Enbarr at Bojangles. Drawing inspiration from the folk traditions of her Gaelic-Anglo heritage, Naarm-based artist, Jessie Monk is obsessed with old myths, poetry, stories, and musical motifs from various traditions and lineages throughout the ages. They play Shadows live in the 8CCC studio, a song from her second album, Mis O' The Mountains.
