The Atlantic Coast Conference has had its headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina since 1953, but now the conference is set to call the Queen City home. 

Brett Jensen of "Breaking with Brett Jensen," takes you behind the scenes to explain why the ACC wants to move, how the conference leveraged the North Carolina legislature to include millions of dollars in its budget to keep the conference in N.C. and why the amount set aside is exorbitant given the number of employees the ACC has.
