Jensen explains that during a previous conversation with Enns, he learned that South Carolina operates under an open primary system. Enns also describes her district and campaign and shares her thoughts on redistricting and several legislative proposals.
Later, Jensen discusses the ongoing controversy surrounding the proposed budget for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. He notes that several organizations have expressed dissatisfaction with the city budget, while disputes continue over the CMS proposal.
