Together, they preview this weekend’s highly anticipated “Barrel Palooza,” an allocated bourbon release featuring some of the rarest and most sought-after bottles in the country. Peter reveals the new location for Saturday’s event, Store 24 on Prosperity Church Road, and discusses how the ABC board prepares for massive crowds and manages distribution
