As a student, he spotted a huge gap in the market, ended up running 12 nightclub parties every week, then switched to festivals and decided to take the unique approach of combining sports tournaments with live music in a field. Dodge also explains how he found a way to deliver tailored sports kits in 4 instead of 12 weeks, changing the industry in the process. He also talks about the creation of his event management course, which enables students to gain a recognized qualification in months instead of spending years at university studying for an events degree.
