Far-right influencer Andrew Tate is back in the U.S., and the Trump administration is accused of helping him come back despite all the serious criminal allegations he faces. I break it down in this episode of the Brad vs Everyone podcast. Plus, JD Vance calls out the UK's woke prime minister on free speech to his FACE, Republicans drop the "Epstein files," and much more.

Donal Trump administration leaned on Romania to relax restrictions on Andrew Takee.

Carefully constructed narratives from George Sorow's funded operations.

They are now on American soil. They landed this morning. For some reason, people are angry about that.

We're about to find out who on the right really means the things they say and who's just pandering for the cameras. We're going to break down the sickening return of alt right pornographer Andrew Tait to America and what it reveals about who really believes the things they say they believe and who doesn't on the modern right in American media. All this and so much more on today's episode of The Brad Versus Everyone podcast, my daily show where we take on the craziest ideas from across our politics, the media, and the Internet, all from an independent perspective. Up first, we've got to talk about a story which, fair warning, guys, is pretty dark and will contain discussion of some very violent and sexual themes because the person we're talking about is pretty closely tied up with some allegations and some comments around those themes. And that person is Andrew Tait. For those of you that don't know him, he started out as kind of part of this alpha male red pill movement and had kind of a moment in about twenty twenty two where he was constantly going viral on TikTok. He was influencing generations of young men with views about women and dating that many think in myself included, promoted some good ideas and some incredibly toxic ones about masculinity and how to treat women. But then things started to unravel for Tate as countless allegations of wrongdoing, sexual misconduct, sexual abuse, human trafficking, and much more were made against him, initiating legal proceedings in both Romania, where he had moved and in the United Kingdom, and clip after clip of him admitting to horrible things that are not criminal, as well as many actual criminal acts that he's just openly brazenly admitted to on camera. Over the years, clips started to recirculate and he ended up having quite the downfall. But he's now back in America, potentially due to influence from the Trump administration. Take a listen to some reporting from Sky News.

Brothers Andrew and Tristan have left Romania. It comes after the Donald Trump administration leaned on Romania to relax restrictions on Andrew Tait and his brother Tristan. It was claimed that mister Trump's special envoy, who admits supporting the tape brothers, personally intervened after American officials requested their passport be returned. The pair have been released from house arrest, but had not been allowed to leave the country until according to reports today.

And here's what Tait himself had to say to reporters.

I think it's extremely important that we stop allowing media spin, wrap up smears, lies, or carefully construct narratives from George Soros funded operations trying to destroy the reputations of good people who have no intention to do anything other than follow the laws.

Well, guys, I am not, in fact a George Soros funded media operative, but I do have some incredibly serious concerns about this man and what efforts, if any, from the Trump administration may have gone towards getting him released and coming back to the United States and potentially escaping legal accountability in Romania, where very serious criminal charges corroborated by many of his own admissions on camera, do continue. And I do not in fact, consider him an upstanding citizen or a good person, which I think if you've just listened to the things he himself has said over the years. Even the criminality aside is pretty obvious. And we'll get into all of that first, though. President Trump was asked about this and suggested that he didn't know what had happened here.

Trump, Andrew and Tristan Tate landed in Florida today on a private jet after released from custody in Romania. They are accused rapists, human traffickers, not thought of as good people in many circles. Did your administration pressure the Remainian government to release them? And if so, I know nothing about that. I don't know.

You're saying he's on a plane right now.

Yeah, I just know nothing about it.

We'll check it out, We'll let you know.

I hope that this is the truth and that President Trump didn't have anything to do with this, because he promised to stop criminals from coming into our borders, and to be fair, illegal crossings of the southern border are way down under his administration, But he promised to stop letting criminals into the country, not facilitate the entrance of an alleged sex criminal and self professed pimp and pornographer like Andrew Tait to come back to the US where he can potentially harm more women. Now I'll explain who I think maybe behind this, if the Trump administration is involved, if not the President some of his aids. So, if Trump is telling you the truth and he doesn't personally have anything to do with this move, then that means that if the reporting is true that high level Trump administration officials were involved, then some people in his orbit are doing something that is out of step with what MAGA and family values and conservatism is supposed to be about keeping people safe, keeping women safe, and supporting family values not self professed guys. Just listen to him in his own words for a second before you think I'm just throwing shade at him by calling him a pimp or a pornographer or an abuser of women. He's on camera openly admitting to all of the above over and over and over again. Take a listen Got Them.

That teaches basically how I got girls, How I met girls, how I got girls to like me, How I got girls to fall in love with me, to work on webcam for me, because that's what I did.

That was my mo O was fine girls, make them.

Love me and make them work for me.

And that's how I got rich.

When I grab you by your neck and you start annoying me, trying to resist, and I just pook and then I grab you by your neck again. Then what the you doing? Your face is collapsed and your cheap bones broken. You're gonna do shit, but cross. If a girl comes.

At you, you it's bang out the mache boom in her face and grip her up by the neck.

But shut up, bitch, slap, grab, choke, shut up, bitch.

Sex.

These are the basic moves of pimp.

Yet despite this, Trump's lawyer Alena Haba was recently on the Benny Johnson Show on YouTube and described herself as a huge fan of Andrew Tate. Take a listen to that.

Hello, Elena, he nice to meet you.

I'm a big fan.

Well, nice to meet you.

I'm a fan.

You're the one saving Trump. You're doing more important work than.

Me America, America, not just Trump. And I agree with everything you just said. And I think that your anger is the same that President Trump has for our country, and the time is now for us to stop being whimps. I think that's exactly the right sentiment and I also have to say that I simmpathize with you because I think you go through a lot of the same show me the person I'll find the crime that President Trump has gone through.

Other figures in Trump world also have indicated support for Tate in the past, which again is very concerning to me because I just think it's totally out of step with the values they're supposed to be defending and rallying behind. So for now, I'll just say this, If the Trump administration really did work to help get Tate released, help him escape legal accountability in Romania and come back into the country, that would be an absolute disgrace, and it would be a betrayal of everything Republican voters believe in, like the rule of law and family values, just to help an extremist influencer who's openly anti Semitic and unhinged online just because what he supports Trump and guys, for a minute, just forget the very serious and well substantiated criminal allegations against Tate, not just in Romania, but also in the United Kingdom, where there are warrants out for his arrest for sexual abuses towards women British women at using him have voice notes and text messages of him confessing to enjoying strangling them and saying, quote, I loved raping you.

Am I a bad person? Because the more you didn't like it, the more I enjoyed it. I loved how much he hated it turned me on. Are you seriously so offended? I strangled you a little bit.

You didn't pass.

Out, but he kind of kept saying I own you, you belong to me, like threatening to kill me.

Chill the out, Jesus Christ, I thought you were cool.

So, even if you believe that the Romanian criminal justice system is not fair, even if you believe the charge, some of the charges against him can't be proven or haven't been proven or aren't true, which, you know what, maybe that's true. I don't know, though, I will say Tate doesn't get a ton of sympathy for me about the flaws of the Romanian criminal justice system, because again on tape, he bragged about moving to Romania specifically because he wanted to be able to access the government corruption there and he wanted to have more of a lawless environment. That's what he himself said. People say like the.

Romania, and I explained by five reasons.

One of them is to me two hero think, oh, well, you're a rapist saying no more breaks.

But I like the idea of being able to just say to do what I want.

I like being free, and also I like Eastern Europe as a whole because coruption is far more accessible. I find it offensive that a police officer in England will stop me for speeding and then refuse to take a bribe. I'd rather be in a society or I'm Prague and they stop me for speeding. They say, bro, you're speeding. Oh here's ffty bucks a right col cool, Bye bye. I corruption exists, which it does. Let us all play every single system. All of them are corrupt. The judicial systems corrupt, the medical system is corupt, the financial systems corrupt. It's all corrupt. It's all a matter of who you are. Now. In America, the game is limited to ultra billionaires to control the government. As you've said, in other countries, anyone with money and some basic social skills and some nice friends can play the game. If we're going to accept that every single system on the planet is corupt, why would you live in a place where you can all access to coruption. Does that make sense logically or would you rather live in a system where you can say, you know what, I'm important enough within said society that the police stopped me, I'd give them ten dollars off. I probably shouldn't say so. The Internet, but I'm going to Romania is completely corrupt from head to toe, right. I have a very, very extensive network in Romania. I like to make this very clear. I'm at the very top echelon of society.

So then you don't get to cry victim if you're treated unfairly by a system that's corrupt when you move there because you wanted it to be corrupt. So honestly, I just think nobody with a moral compass to set politics aside should want this guy back in our country, escaping legal accountability for his alleged wrongdoing and potentially to harm American women once more. Yet some people on the right, I think, perhaps most notably YouTube and podcast star Candice Owens, are cheering on this news and celebrating take coming back to America. And she's in the past interviewed him with Softball Interviews and commented on him very favorably, even though she's also extremely anti pornography and against many of the things he's openly all about. She's still defending this and saying it's good for him to be back in our country and escaping what she views as trumped up charges in Romania, including making the factually false claim that the charge arches had been thrown out when they are in fact ongoing, with Tate potentially being required to return to Romania in a couple months as the criminal proceedings against him returned. But here's some of what Candae Owens had to say.

Looks like the Trump administration intervened because they are American citizens and they were just brought back to America. They are now on American soil. They landed this morning, and some for some reason, people are angry about that because they don't like who Andrew and Tristan Tate are. They do not like their online personas, they don't like the way that they speak to women, and so they're happy to have these men be wrongfully convicted for something that they didn't do. I cannot understand this logic.

Now.

Thankfully, many on the right actually have condemned Andrew Tate and are kind of showing us that they do believe the things they say about believing in family values and the rule of law and being anti pornography and all of that. Most notably, Florida Governor Ron De Santis said this about Tate.

Now, Florida is not a place where you're welcome with that type of conduct in the air. And I don't know how it came to this. We were not involved, We were not notified. I found out through the media that this was something that was happening.

Similarly, conservative commentators like Ben Shapiro took a stand against him, and even the Babylon Bee had a hilarious headline. It is a parody headline, to be clear, but they wrote Conservatism saved as Muslim sex trafficker brought back to the US. The way I view this is pretty simple. It's just a basic moral test for politicians and media figures on the right and for President Trump, who needs to decide is he going to allow people in his administration to do this kind of thing in his name and get away with it, or is he going to hold them accountable for doing something like this. That is just a political nightmare for him if this is truly what happened. But it's a moral test, not just for the Trump administration, but for the broader American right. If you actually stand for the values you say that you stand for, you can't defend an obviously immoral and evil man like Andrew Tate, let alone help him escape legal accountability for his alleged criminal acts. I think he should be extradited to the United Kingdom where he faces outstanding arrest warrants, or and or forced to return to Romania when the criminal proceedings continue. If we see anything other than this, if you ask me, that's a pretty profound betrayal of Republican values and the things that people on the right are supposed to stand for from this administration, and the people who are twisting themselves in pretzels to carry water for such an evil person who, whether every single individual criminal allegation against him is true or not, has confessed to enough on video to just prove he is not worth expending an ounce of political capital to defend or to promote. They are showing you what they really care about and that they are willing to pander and chase clicks, or are infected by a particular strain of contrarianism where they're actually deranged in the opposite direction, where they now think the establishment whatever that means, is wrong about everything, and if anybody is disliked by the establishment, they must be good and I must defend them. That's just another form of brain rot as, always defending the establishment and the status quo. Anyway, these people, the candae Owans of this world, for whatever reason, on this issue, are revealing themselves for who they are, and if you ask me, we should believe them. What do you guys think, What do you make of the charges against Tape? Do you believe that the Trump administration was involved in securing his release from Romania? Let me know in the comments, and do hit that like button and make sure you're subscribed if you aren't yet. Now, before we get into our next topic, I want to read you, guys an email I received from somebody who saw my commentary on the whole Free Luigi movement. This person, who of course signed the email anonymously wrote, you could not be more wrong and now you are on record siding with the bourgeoisie. I truly hope every CEO has this happened to them. I pray every day that every single billionaire is wiped from the earth as painfully as possible. Millions of Americans wish for the death of billionaires daily. There is a reason these pieces of subhuman filth have to have protection. They are all dangerous animals that need to be put down. You are a pathetic boot licker. The wealthy are all subhuman animals? Get what animals deserve? Are you human or are you also a mindless beast? So the Luigi fans seem stable and normal, and aside from the vaguely threatening nature of this email, which I'm just simply not scared of these people, I think it should be a red flag. Whenever you hear people dehumanizing other people, that is always a scary path because very, very very few human beings are all evil or all good. Most people are shades of gray. And this kind of worldview where you're dehumanizing the people you disagree with and scapegoating them for all your problems and everything that's wrong with the world, is a very dangerous one and it can take you to a very dangerous place, as I think we've seen it do throughout history. So this person clearly needs mental health help, needs therapy, badly needs to touch grass. But even to the people who aren't this extreme but are supporting this accused murderer and criminal. I think you really need to ask yourself if you have fallen into this trap of dehumanizing people, because it's always something we need to be on guard against. Up next, Vice President JD Vance just called out the woke Prime Minister of the United Kingdom to his face, and the Prime Minister did not take it well. This was a continuation after JD Vance's remarks criticizing Europe's basically fading away and collapsing free speech rights in many parts of Europe, especially Germany, the United Kingdom others like it. A little while back, jd made a speech saying this, and now he was at an event sitting right next to the Prime Minister of the UK and set it to his face. Take a look at this, which I think thought was kind of baller from jdans.

Remarks at the Munich Security Conference.

Vice President Vance condemned free speech violations.

In the UK particularly could you respond, what is your miss I.

Have an idea. We have the man right here.

Come on, let's go, j Dalitz.

We're putting you on stage. Great. Yeah, look I said what I said, which is that.

We do have, of course a special relationship with our friends in the UK and also with some of our European allies, but we also know that there have been infringements on free speech that actually affect not just the British, of course what the British do in their own country is up to them, but also affect American technology companies and by extension, American citizens. So that is something that we'll talk about today at launch.

We've had pretty speech for a very very long time in the United Kingdom and it will last for a very very long time. Well no, I mean, certainly we wouldn't want to reach across US citizens and we don't know that's absolutely right. But in relation to free speech in the UK, I'm very proud of I'll history that.

So Keir really thought he ate with that. Oh, we have free speech and we have had it and we will have it for a very long time, except the fact that you basically don't anymore, and you are constantly doing dystopian things to your own citizens that are acts of blatant censorship. The non part sen Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression FIRE, which I do work with disclaimer, pointed this out on Twitter and they wrote, Prime Minister kir Stammer says he's very proud of the UK's free speech. It may be news to him then that two people were arrested just this month in the UK for what looks like blasphemy violations. And they shared news reporting about a man who was arrested after a live video where he burned the Qur'an in Manchester, and the subheading is presumably from some government authorities. We understand the deep concern this will cause within some of our diverse communities. So yeah, free speech as long as you don't want offend Muslims. That's not free speech, babe, that's actually kind of the opposite. And we've seen them literally arresting people, showing other people's harms, imprisoning people over offensive things they say on social media.

And I mean, do we have free speech in the United Kingdom? I mean, not that nearly as free as I would like it to be.

And I think many people have realized we've got a major problem with censorship in this country. Just over the course of recent years, it's estimate that about nine people a day are being arrested for quote unquote grossly offensive speech under the Communications Act. We've seen literally hundreds of thousands of people have themselves logged on lists of non crime hate incidents, including school children for calling each other names on the playground.

Just before Jade Vance made those explosive.

Comments at the Munich Security conference, we had our second arrest in as many weeks for burning the Qur'an, which has suddenly been redefined, it seems, under.

Police guidance as a form of hate crime.

So to pretend that there is not a problem with free speech in this country is to just.

Ignore the evidence of your own eyes at this point.

Yeah, and also, of course, right off the back of this grandmother, I mean the police turn up at her door because she posted something on Facebook calling for the sacking of a couple of labor counselors. I mean, any country where that happens can't claim that they've got a proper free speech.

So no, you do not have free speech, And you can try to act like you do and just gaslight us, but we have eyes and we can see. Anyways, I just thought that jd Vance kind of cooked in this clip, and it was nice to see these people called out to their face for once, because they get away with so much and a lot of times media figures will just kind of count out to them or very gently ask them things, and to see JD just be like, no, you censor your people and it sucks and you should stop and point out how it does affect America. We do have a very close relationship, so Kiera can say, well, you wouldn't want us reaching into your affairs. Yeah, but you don't seem to get the power distinction here. We don't need you, you need us, So we get to have to say and you don't get to have a say. That's how this works. I'm sorry to my UK people. I love the UK, I love your culture. I think British people are amazing and have a great tradition in a history in so many ways. So it's no hate to y'all. It's just pointing out the reality and the facts. And Kieran seems to need a little refresher on them because he's a little bigger for his breeches, as I think you guys like to say, and he is gaslighting us and we do not have to stand for that because your people might be forced to just accept your bs, but we are not. All right, now, we're going to do a quick hits round of some crazy stories that I want to touch on briefly. Like up first, the Republican Party is trolling about Ebstein. There's been a lot of talk about releasing the Ebstein files, obviously referring to Jeffrey Ebstein, the notorious criminal, and Trump did promise to release these files. There's been kind of a whole bruhaha about that. But I want to just show you one post. This came from the House Judiciary GOP, so one of the most important committees, from their official account for Congressional Republicans tweeted breaking Ebstein files released with a link. So naturally I was like, whoa big deal? And I click the link. It took me to a Ric role hears it took you. It took me to the Rick Astley video. Never going to give you up. So we have an official account for the House GOP, one of the most important committees, trolling people with fake information about a massive criminal conspiracy that harmed a ton of children. I am sorry, but what on earth is wrong with this party? Where did the serious people go?

Like?

Who put clowns in charge? This is just one example, but you see this kind of thing all the time, we are not sending our best to Congress and to staff these institutions, like surely it can't be that bleak in the job recruiting portals that we are resourced. We are resorting to people who somehow thought this was a good idea. Imagine being a victim or a member. You have a family member who's a victim, and you see this, and you wanted accountability for soul long and to know who was involved with this travesty, and you click on this and you get freaking' ric roll by the government. By This isn't some conservative influencer or some person who's just like trolling and having fun. It's the House GOP Judiciary Committee, Official account. Jim Jordan or whichever congressman is in charge of this needs to take some accountability and there needs to be heads of that roll. But there won't be because clownish behavior is just fine in our politics now on the Democratic side of the Republican side, the serious people have left the chat, if we're being honest, most of them, and what we're left with is an embarrassment. It's just pathetic. Up next, this clip of view host Sonny Houston talking about DEI made me roll my eyes so hard I think I get myself a headache. Take a listen.

When I hear someone say I'm against diversity, equity, inclusion, it gives me great pause because it it makes me feel that you don't want diversity, equity and inclusion, and the Republican Party and the Conservatives have done a great job of bastardizing that term, and I think it needs to be retaken and explained she.

Really thought she cooked, She really thought she just did her big one dropped the mic like made the most amazing point. If you're against DEI, that means you're against diversity, equity and inclusion. Yeah, babe, because never in the history of humanity has anybody ever named anything something that sounds good but the thing isn't actually good. How could you be against Chairman Mao's great leaped forward where millions of people died, They were just leaping forward, they were making progress. It's in the name. How could you be against the Patriot Act allowing the governments to spy on Americans? Aren't you aren't you a patriot? Don't you love America? You see how stupid this is?

Now?

So look, I think diversity is in many ways a good thing. Having different types of people from different backgrounds with different experiences. Sure, that's great. Inclusion I think can go too far. Not everyone needs to be included in everything. But yeah, generally speaking, we want to have an inclusive society. But just because the things associated with diversity and inclusion are called that doesn't mean they actually are that and are good. For example, the blatant discrimination against white people as a result of some DEI programs, or against Asians in higher education emissions, that is labeled diversity and inclusion, but it's actually the opposite. So you see how people could still be against it made And then equity is actually something that even on its face value, I don't support, and many people don't support. I support equality, equality of opportunity, and equal treatment, which equity is explicitly against that. It's explicitly something different, equality of outcomes, leveling the scales through reverse discrimination, that is what is meant by equity. And so no, I don't support equity, and I don't care if you act like that's outrageous. It's not. It's just amazing to me. I understand how people could have a different view on DEI than I do, and have an intelligent view that they've come to. I don't understand how somebody could be paid millions of dollars to be a professional political thinker and commentator, and yet this is the level of analysis that could be capable of engaging in. It's actually embarrassing. Up next, this federal worker says getting an email is harassment. The email that came.

Out wanting us to justify our jobs with five things we did last week was on Saturday night, and I was literally working on Saturday night to make up for all the distractions I had had the previous week, which came from the executive branch, and so I'm working trying to catch up on things, and then I get that email on.

Top of it.

It's very hard to keep your train of thought when you're getting threatened and harassed like that.

I have absolutely nothing against federal workers. I know some of them work very hard and some of their jobs are important, although a fair number of their job should not exist. But y'all are never, and I repeat never, going to convince the public that somebody sending you an email asking you for five things you did. This was sent to them on Saturday night. They had until Monday at five pm Eastern to reply is harassing or threatening you. The audacity and the privilege is off the charts. Tell me you've never had a real job without telling me you've never had a real job, babe. It is just blatantly insulting to Americans to act like extremely normal accountability practices are abuse. Now for government workers, you're not special. You don't get to be treated with kid gloves and just have jobs at taxpayer expense with no accountability. Now, look, maybe in some ways this isn't really going to work out. Are they really going to be able to go through millions of responses and analyze them all correctly? Probably not, but they can at least like have a vibe check of are you answering emails? Are you receptive and responsive to accountability? It is not. It might not be the smartest idea in the world. In some ways, it's not outrageous or abusive or harassment. And y'all are digging yourself a hole going on national television and saying stuff like this. It is the opposite of helping your cause. All right, everybody, that's it for this episode of the Bad Versus Everyone Podcast. Thank you so much for tuning in. Please do make sure you subscribe. If you aren'tyet, do hit that like button before you go. Thanks again today's sponsor, Luhman, and we'll talk again real soon, allright,
