Box2Box, with Rob Gilbert, Michael Edgley and special guest, ESPN's Joey Lynch.

Edge and Joey review the opening weekend of the A League Men’s and reflect on whether it delivered on expectations with a favourite pundit on the game in this country, the ABC’s Daniel Garb…

Then as we all know, no matter how mercurial and famous a footballer one might be, none of them can beat Father Time. This week the pantheon of football greats added another to its honour board with the passing of Sir Bobby Charlton. One of Sir Matt Busby’s babes who turned Old Trafford into the theatre of dreams with three league titles, an FA Cup and a European Cup in a storied 17 year career – the last survivor of the Munich air disaster to pass, he was of course the man who lifted the Jules Rimet Trophy in 1966 for England’s one and only World Cup triumph. Rob and Joey talk about his life and times with Simon Stone from the BBC.

In World Cup Corner, just days out from the Matilda's Asian qualification games for next year's Paris Olympics in Perth, Sam Kerr's record as the youngest to play in the top flight in this country is broken.
