The Dream Factory's Super Strength for Super Kids fundraiser returns to Brandon on September 13 at Anytime Fitness. During a recent interview, event organizer Quentin Derhak explained that every lift helps support the organization's community space, giving children facing serious illnesses a place to relax, play, and simply be kids. This year's event is inspired by Dream Kids like Evie, who celebrated the end of her leukemia treatment at The Dream Factory surrounded by family and joy. Along with the lifting challenge, the day will feature family-friendly activities and a BBQ, with all proceeds helping create more magical moments for Manitoba families.
