Mariah is a lovely soul, she is a 6 year old domestic long haired tabby.  She came in to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes through no fault of her own when her owner could not care for her any longer.  Mariah is a shy lady but is coming around with the care and socialization she is receiving at the shelter.  She gets along with other cats and approaches you when you come in the room.  When Mariah finds her forever home, we have no doubt she will bloom into fantastic companion.
