I woke up one Saturday morning to a series of ‘mayday’ texts from my friend and all round power house in business - Jess Wilson. 
“HELP! I’ve been trolled on line”. It wouldn’t be a stretch to say Jess was bordering on hysteria (but then I am one for theatrics). By the end of that very same day, Jess was celebrating the massive win that came from those nasty Google reviews. 
How? Well you’ll have to listen to find out but this isn’t just a story about dealing with trolls and bad reviews, it’s also about building and nurturing your community so that you have any army behind you when you need them.
