My lessons totally worth knowing for 2023

Look I learnt some stuff in the last year, as did we all. Are my reflections really ‘that’ profound and worthy of sharing with the world? Maybe not.

But look, it feels pretty self-righteous to say but I did have some significant wins and I feel like I’m allowed to say that because I have had many years of really… not winning at all. So, I get a free pass to preach right?

All jokes aside there is comfort in the normality of day to day storytelling and the lessons that come with it. There are profound moments that come from the most common of daily tragedies and losses.

Here are mine, I wouldn’t share them if I didn’t think you could benefit.

In this episode I talk about what's working, what's not and what is just outright HARD for business owners in 2024. From AI to staffing woes to the ridiculous price of Weetbix bites, this is one of my all-time quality 'Elsa rants' that I'm sure you've grown to know and love.

It's not all doom and gloom though, I share my positive insights on how I think it's best to navigate the economic climate in 2024.

As a woman in my 40's I get a rush speaking to other women who are kicking goals and living their best lives after 40.

"It's YOUR time!". And if you know, you know!

The fierceness of a woman brave enough to step out into the world of personal branding and building a business after motherhood and 'life' deserves to be celebrated.

In this episode I speak to Bec Giles, who quite frankly could be the poster child for how life after 40 SHOULD look like. Bec talks about going all in with an absolute power house and boss energy amongst the chaos of love, loss, family and chaos to chase her dreams.

Most of us (ME)  find our courage fades as we go through the decades, life pile's up and it can be bloody intimidating as hell to put yourself out there.

Bec is a breath of fresh air and sends a powerful message to go after what we want and if you're not left feeling inspired to live a big e beautiful life after listening to this; I'll eat my hat.
