We talked more about the merger between the PGA Tour and LIV golf. This seemed to have come out of the blue and many people involved seemed surprised by this, including the golfers. How will the PGA Tour work the LIV golfers back into their tour? A caller said this reminds him of the Godfather, saying ‘it’s business’. A caller doesn’t think this can happen in another sport like the NBA because of contracts. A caller who visits Saudi Arabia for business said there are tons of American companies there. You can go to McDonald’s or the Cheesecake Factory there. He also said the Saudis are the largest investor in Uber and we still take Ubers. Jerry returns for an update and starts with Jay Monahan and Yasir Al Rumayyan on CNBC yesterday. Brandel Chamblee expressed his disapproval on the Golf Channel.
