Rolling along on a Wednesday, Boomer and Gio broadcasted live from Cromwell, Connecticut at TPC River Highlands, site of The Travelers Championship; where many of the worlds top golfers are looking to rebound after a tough weekend at The US Open. Despite all of the upcoming golf, the guys had baseball on their minds after an eventful evening for both the Yankees and Mets. 

First, the Yankees continue their impressive play as the Bronx Bombers were out in full force yesterday. Among the big bats for the Yanks, Domingo German tossed a gem against the Seattle Mariners at Yankee Stadium and it has the guys discussing if he will be a long-term solution in the rotation.  Meanwhile, the Mets had to wait out a rain delay before Jason Vargas would take the mound and struggle against the Colorado Rockies. Gregg explains why he thinks Vargas should not be pitching anymore for the Mets. Finally, listen to the morning show crew talk about Trae Young, a potential match for the Knicks in Thursday's NBA draft, as the incoming rookie spoke with Gregg and Jerry on yesterday's show.
