Boomer’s foundation had a successful pickleball event Saturday. Boomer and Gio have separate golf events today and they both badly want to bring home wins and trophies. Gio went out to scout the course on Friday. The Yankees first half ended on a sour note because of how they lost Sunday’s game even though they won the series. The Mets start the second season in Miami before the schedule gets tough again so they’ll have to win that series. Jerry returns for an update and begins with the rollercoaster of a 9th inning for the Yankees. Pete Alonso homered in the Mets loss and will be in the HR Derby tonight. Boomer says David Stearns needs to add and not delete before the trade deadline. Golfer Matt Wallace had an interview that sounded like it was with a robot or AI. Shannon Sharpe and Chad Ochocinco talked about male enhancement pills and Boomer says that’s the Shannon he remembers working with. In the final segment of the hour, Boomer and Gio talk about the HR Derby. They will watch and say if you just accept it for what it is then it can be fun.
