Headlines: Champion shuts out NB / Geneva golfers place in preview / upcoming summer camps

District competition continues as Champion baseball takes on New Braunfels twice this week. The Unicorns were in town last night as the Chargers shut them out 6-0. Ethan Coleman recorded 8 strikeouts in the contest. Champion will head to New Braunfels on Friday for the rematch. 

The district preview tournament for TAPPS golf occurred and two Geneva Eagles placed in the event. Wells Crawford earned a silver medal as he shot a 74 on the day. Anistyn Dennis dominated first place and won gold with 78. We are a little less than two weeks from golf district play. 

Also, summertime is around the corner and both Greyhound football and Boerne ISD Athletics have posted information on upcoming camps including ones for football and strength and conditioning. Head over to their social media pages to learn more about dates and registration.
