We’ll start with Comfort and a big game 3 win over Merkel played last night due mostly because of the weather delays last week. They won 7-4. Now Jacksboro is the next opponent with all games at Brownwood. Game 1 will be Friday at 6, and starting at 4, games 2 and 3 will be played on Saturday. 

And we are only now 3 months from football season… as you may know, Adam Foren is the new Geneva coach and he sits down with Kerry Barboza on the next episode of “The Boerne Brew.” It’s out now at BoerneRadio.com under the podcast tab. 

And oh man, game 1 of the Spurs-T Wolves series was a doozy. Victor Wembanyama did have a triple double recording 12 blocks, but not a good scoring total. Dylan Harper for San Antonio would miss a shot late down by 2, and buenas noches. Game 1 goes to Minnesota, 104-102. Spurs trail in the series 1 game to none, but still lots of basketball to be played, folks. Game 2 is tomorrow night at the Frost Bank Center.
