We’ll get right to Game 3 of the NBA Finals- a big game if the Spurs want to stay in the series. The story was different from the play calling than in the first two games- Spurs took advantage of open looks and drove inside to score rather than take threes. There were a few times where missed rebounds and shots cost the Spurs possessions, but in the end, Spurs won by 4, by a final of 115-111. Wemby had 32 points in the effort. Four Geneva baseball stars earned All-District Honors following this season. Eli Arnold, TJ Cross, Levi McPherson, and Harris Priesmeyer were your big four. Congrats to them.

And speaking of Geneva, it was announced yesterday that the school has won the Henderson Cup. This is the highest honor a TAPPS school can receive… and it is an accumulation of points in academics, arts, and of course, athletics. A very deserving accomplishment for the year Geneva has been having.
