As heard here on Boerne Radio last night- not at home? No problem for the Boerne Greyhounds as they were on the road to battle Vets Memorial… Boerne on top of it early and needless to say, they dominate. Final score from Rutledge Stadium in Converse- Boerne, 45, and Vets Memorial, 27. Boerne is now 7-1 overall and a perfect 4-0 in district. Grant Sweeney, the QB, your player of the game with 6 touchdown passes. It might be fair to say the Hounds can kiss the playoffs hello with a couple of games left and the first place spot in district. 

Tonight on the station, the party will continue. First off, how about a little Fired Up Friday starting at 5- because we will get you pumped for game day as Champion hosts Victoria East on homecoming night. The Chargers are trying to stay afloat in district 13. Can they do it? Find out tonight starting at 6:30 for pregame.

And on homecoming week, the Chargers have teams playing for state! The water polo teams are on a roll and they look to continue that today. The Girls will play Clute Brazoswood and the boys will face League City Clear Creek at the Josh Davis Natatorium in the State Semifinals! Bring it home Chargers! 

The Spurs for game 2 of 82 will be in the Big Easy- right off of Bourbon Street in New Orleans to play the Pelicans. Tip-off is at 7.
