All sports but football are now underway…

And volleyball is one of them… and one of Geneva’s own, Senior Ella Grace Owens, was recognized by the Express News as one of the top players to watch out for this year. Geneva’s got a promising season ahead of them.

Onto tennis… the first Texas Tennis Coaches Association poll was released and both Boerne ISD high schools are on the list. Boerne High is ranked #11 and Champion at #20. Speaking of, the JV team for the Greyhounds claimed a 18-13 victory over Fredericksburg yesterday.

Now let’s talk about water polo and the Waterpalooza going on at NISD in San Antonio. After day 1, the boys and girls combined are 4-0, undefeated, and hungry for more. The tournament runs through this weekend.

And the entire Spurs schedule for this season is out… you find that online to check out the marquee games. NBA games will start being broadcast again on NBC just like the good ol’ Michael Jordan days of the league, as well as Prime Video and ABC. The Spurs in total will have 21 nationally televised games.
