Tonight, right here on Boerne Radio 103.9FM more LIVE playoff basketball…and I think we can make the case the Lady Greyhounds of Boerne stand a great chance to not only go far but go all the way to state.    Our coverage of the Greyhounds taking on the Sealy Tigers starts at 6:15 with a 6:30 tipoff - the neutral site is Yoakum High School which is about 2 hours from here.   It’s about a 90-minute drive from Sealy.  But we don’t care…Go Greyhounds!

Hey in case you missed it, Softball season is in full swing - the Lady Greyhounds won their first game of the season on the road in Pearsall - final score 10-3

They are at the Comal-Wurst Tournament today, tomorrow, and Saturday - first home game is on Tuesday the 21st against Steele in a non-district game - Go Greyhounds again.

The Champion Lady Chargers are also in their own 3-day tournament where they will face Fredericksburg, Johnson City, Comfort, and Early which is way up between Brady and Stephenville.  Go Chargers.

So how cool is this - Coach Kevin Brown - the UTSA Director of Football Operations for the past 8 years is now on Team Champion Charger Football!  He says he will still have 210 pride, but someone get him an 830 hat as soon as possible.  Great hire Stan Leach!
