Santa may be making his trip around the world today to deliver toys to kids in different countries, but it seems he’s a Boerne Champion fan because he was in Boerne yesterday watching a district basketball matchup between the Chargers and Pieper. Unfortunately, Pieper got the better end of the stick in a 74-59 victory. District basketball games and tournaments will resume next week. 

If you’re a Spurs fan and asked for a Spurs victory, your stocking was stuffed early this year. The Spurs beat the best team in Oklahoma City last night 130-110. Keldon Johnson had 25 points for San Antonio. The two teams meet tomorrow in a Christmas Day matchup… but this time in Oklahoma City.
