This year, the Cibolo Center for Conservation reached a milestone 35 years in the making. With the help of local land owners, the Cibolo Preserve and the Heart of Texas Conservancy, they have purchased the final 6 acre Fellows Property to complete the Cibolo Conservation Corridor. They are now entrusted with 253 acres of the Texas Hill Country, safeguarding green space, vital watersheds, and wildlife habitat in the heart of Boerne.
In observance of Veterans Day, Government Offices will be closed in Boerne and Fair Oaks Ranch. This includes the Boerne Parks and Recreation Office, and although it’s not a part of the city, the Boerne Chamber of Commerce will also be closed.
