Well, the average season an executive director stays in the roll of a non-profit is about 4-6 years, and then it usually takes another 7-10 months to find that replacement.   After 7 years CEO Staci Almager of Hill Country Family Servies has accepted a position with the International Rett Syndrome Foundation which is personal to her as the Almager’s daughter died from this rare disease in 2016.

She has teed up Bryce Boddie for the position who’s a Licensed Master Social Worker and a pretty nice guy too.

The project was a major initiative taken by the city to enhance stormwater management in the region.
