With College right around the corner for our High School Seniors, The GVTC Foundation is looking to award up to $50,000 in scholarships to well deserving students. Now is the time to apply to one of three scholarships-the Ritchie T. Sorrells $25,000 Scholarship that awards leadership and innovation, the Ola Armstrong $15,000 scholarship that awards service in the community, and the CTE $10,000 scholarship for a student pursuing a trade. Applications are open now and close March 2nd-you can find the link posted on the Boerne Radio News Blog.

The Cibolo Center for Conservation is a 10-week adventure program for homeschooled students this spring and enrollment is open now. 30 homeschoolers between the ages of 5 and 12 will become nature sleuths and experience hands-on art and gardening classes at Herff Farm.
