David Anthony Burke, known as the singer, D4VD, writes songs with bloody imagery and titles like "Romantic Homicide". His career was on the rise. But as his first ever "World Tour" began, the body of a missing child from Lake Elsinore, California,  was found in the front trunk of Burke's Tesla. The decomposing remains of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, found in two bags stashed in the Tesla. A Grand Jury has been looking into the death of Celeste since November and Burke's parents and brother have been fighting in court to avoid having to testify before the Grand Jury. In the Habeas Corpus petition, for the first time, David Anthony Burke is named as the Target of the investigation into the death of Celeste.
