The headlines scream "87-year-old Serial Killer, Paroled Twice, Convicted of Murdering and Dismembering 3rd Victim."  Joseph Scott Morgan and Dave Mack look back at the life and crimes of Harvey Marcelin.  Marcelin was sentenced to "life" in prison in 1963. Paroled in 1984, he killed again and was sent back to prison in 1985. Paroled again in 2019.....Marcelin kills again. In 2022 Marcelin was captured on surveillance video Shopping in a 99-cent store in Jamaica, Queens, with his latest victim's dismembered leg in his electric wheelchair/scooter.
