Dr. Salichs joined Centro Hispano in June 2024, bringing years of experience in nonprofit administration, public service, grant management and organizational development. She also holds a Ph.D. in leadership and higher education and a master's degree in public administration.

Founded in 2006, Centro Hispano de Frederick works to bridge cultural and language barriers while helping Hispanic, immigrant and limited-English-proficiency residents become connected and contributing members of the Frederick County community.

Dr. Salichs talks with Bob about the people they serve and the wide range of resources Centro Hispano provides, including educational programs, legal assistance and senior enrichment, along with the organization's continued growth after nearly two decades in Frederick.
