Drivers are waking up to the highest gas prices ever, breaking a record set back in 2008. As we told you earlier, Triple-A put yesterday’s price at four-dollars and 14-cents. Today's new nationwide average at four-dollars and 17-cents. That's up 10-cents just from yesterday morning and 55-cents more than last week.
