The Chancellor, Kwasi Kwarteng, is set to bring forward his fiscal forecasts to calm the turmoil on financial markets. Chair of the Treasury Select Committee, Mel Stride, tells us he welcomes the move, and that it's "conceivable" there could be another U-turn on uprating welfare payments in line with inflation.
