Chris Studley, USTA Managing Director of Event Services talked with Bloomberg's Tim Stenovec and Molly Smith on special edition of Bloomberg Businessweek Daily live at the US Open. He discussed how the US Open is as much a food-and-drink event as a tennis tournament. He says attendance and sales are up this year, noting more than 300,000 people came through during Fan Week and projecting about 800,000 Honey Deuces sold, up from 738,000 last year.
