Oil prices are falling on the latest diplomatic push from the US, overshadowing news of more troops headed to the Middle East and the Strait of Hormuz still effectively shut. Energy analyst Stephen Schork with the Schork Group says there's a disconnect between prices in oil futures contracts and the barrels themselves. He speaks with Bloomberg's Nathan Hager.
