Republican Representative from Florida Byron Donalds says that he is a yes vote on the deal to end the government shutdown, which is expected to reach the House floor Wednesday. Donalds says that he is not in support of a vote on expiring Obamacare subsidies and that a new system is necessary to bring costs down. He speaks with Bloomberg's Joe Mathieu and Tyler Kendall.
