PIMCO UK Senior Advisor Rupert Harrison says he sees at least a 25% chance of an early election in the aftermath of the UK Budget this week. He discusses what to expect from Chancellor John Healey in the biggest event of the political and economic calendar in the UK, including potential tax hikes and measures to cut costs for consumers and businesses. He joined Bloomberg's Caroline Hepker and Stephen Carroll to discuss.
