Republican Governor Greg Abbott of Texas says his state has all the elements in place to ensure the plan to launch its own stock exchange is successful. He discussed the factors supporting the endeavor, as well as his response to the strikes affecting ports along the US east coast and Gulf states. Abbott spoke to Bloomberg's Julie Fine.
