Former Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis President James Bullard says the Federal Reserve was right to not cut interest rates by 50 basis points this week. He says the central bank should not abandon its 2% inflation target. Bullard spoke with Bloomberg's Jonathan Ferro and Lisa Abramowicz.
