Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta President Raphael Bostic says policymakers have time to watch how the economy is evolving and be patient when it comes to interest-rate moves.  He projects rates will stay high into the second half of next year. Bostic spoke with Bloomberg Economics editor Michael McKee.
