Michael Nathanson, a senior research analyst at MoffettNathanson, says cable companies may shift the profit they made from TV to profit from broadband. Finally, Oklahoma Representative Tom Cole says the U.S. doesn't want to be provocative but does need North Korea to know it's serious.
