OpenAI has unveiled an always-on artificial intelligent agent that’s designed to proactively tackle work on a user’s behalf, competing with firms like Meta Platforms Inc. in a growing field for AI-powered digital assistants. The selloff in the US bond market deepened on Monday after President Donald Trump rejected Iran’s latest proposal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, dampening hopes of a diplomatic breakthrough to end the war. The decline pushed most Treasury yields higher by nearly 10 basis points by noon in New York, with those on 10-year bonds climbing to a fresh 19-year high.
