Covenant Transportation Group Inc.'s shares are headed for their biggest decline in a year after Cowen cut its rating on the trucking company and said many of its peers were overvalued. Covenant was lowered to the equivalent of hold from buy after a third-quarter surge of 65 percent, the biggest in any quarter since 2009. Cowen's 12-month price estimate for the stock is $24, lower than the current market price.
