Hour 3 - Hoda has announced she will be retiring from TODAY. She says she wants to spend more time with her kids. A mom tried to sneak her kids into Disney saying they were under 2 year olds which would mean they get free admission. She was arrested after it was discovered her kids were way over 2 years old.
