Jeff Reeves, vice-president of research at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, breaks down the foundation’s new National Opinion Poll on Canadian feelings toward high-tech investments from Asia.

In the latest Asia 360 segment, Reeves discusses how Canadians see Asia as an innovation leader, yet have strong reservations about investments from certain countries in sensitive sectors, like telecommunications. 

The poll also captures our hesitancy to accept foreign direct investment (FDI) from China and from the United States.
