We then find out about what makes good sleep quality and the many factors that influence this; in particular we talk about how diet affects sleep.

We also go into discussing chrononutrition and time restricted eating, stimulus control, metabolic health, carbohydrates, creatine, shift work, stimulant consumption and caffeine, alcohol consumption and tips on improved sleep.
