What started as a typical Dirty Little Secret quickly turned into one of the creepiest confessions the show has ever heard.

A listener revealed that for over a year, she's been having what she believes are conversations with the spirit of a woman from the late 1800s. The encounters only happen while she's asleep, but the details are so vivid that she feels like she's gotten to know the mysterious woman personally. According to the caller, the spirit shares stories about her life, family, and tragic past, but becomes upset whenever the topic of her death or her child is mentioned.

Things took an even stranger turn when the listener decided to record herself sleeping. To her surprise, the recordings captured hours of what sounded like full conversations taking place throughout the night.

Was it paranormal activity, lucid dreaming, or simply her imagination at work? Billy, Candice, and Producer Pooh couldn't agree, leading to one of the most fascinating and spine-chilling discussions of the morning.

This unforgettable Dirty Little Secret had everyone asking the same question:

If you heard yourself talking to someone who wasn't there, would you want to know the truth?
