This morning on the show, the conversation turned to the benefits of being single. A survey revealed that many young people are happy with their single status, citing advantages like not having to pretend to enjoy their partner's shows, not having to share a bed, and being able to make big changes to their appearance without asking permission. The hosts discussed these points and shared their own experiences, with one caller even admitting to remaking their partner's bed after the cleaning person leaves.

The hosts also talked about the freedom to travel alone, buy one airline ticket, and enjoy their own snacks without sharing. They shared stories from listeners who are single and loving it, including one woman who's been single for 20 years and has traveled extensively, and another who's purchased nine properties since 2020. The conversation also touched on the challenges of relationships, including having to compromise and share snacks.

The hosts also welcomed a caller who's in a "situation-ship" - a relationship that's not quite a relationship, but still offers the benefits of being single. They discussed the importance of being happy, whether single or in a relationship, and the need to enjoy the present moment.
